Enterprise Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Building and managing sales pipeline (enterprise and mid-market brands)
- Drive revenue through new client acquisition
- Meet Sales targets on a quarterly basis
- Work with demand generation team to provide insights and feedback
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying prospects to giving demonstrations and closing business deals
- Understand and analyze Client needs, and offer our platform & solution accordingly
- Engage closely with the customer success/implementation team for customer delight
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-8 years of proven sales experience
- Experience in selling enterprise solutions and platforms
- Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment, start-up experience would be an advantage
- Demonstrated record of success in a goal oriented, highly accountable, sales environment
- Ability interact with any level within the customer organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset, forward thinking and decision-making skills
- Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic and at times, ambiguous environment
- Excellent team management and interpersonal communication skills enabling effective interaction with people at all organizational levels
