Enterprise Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Building and managing sales pipeline (enterprise and mid-market brands)
  • Drive revenue through new client acquisition
  • Meet Sales targets on a quarterly basis
  • Work with demand generation team to provide insights and feedback
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying prospects to giving demonstrations and closing business deals
  • Understand and analyze Client needs, and offer our platform & solution accordingly
  • Engage closely with the customer success/implementation team for customer delight
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 5-8 years of proven sales experience
  • Experience in selling enterprise solutions and platforms
  • Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment, start-up experience would be an advantage
  • Demonstrated record of success in a goal oriented, highly accountable, sales environment
  • Ability interact with any level within the customer organization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, forward thinking and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic and at times, ambiguous environment
  • Excellent team management and interpersonal communication skills enabling effective interaction with people at all organizational levels
